Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) on SBI or CBI or AXIS BANK in favour of  
ST. AUGUSTINE’S SCHOOL HOSTEL, payable at KALIMPONG on or before February 18th 2009

2. Second  Installment : Demand Draft for

a.      Classes LKG  and UKG – Rs.  14,850/- (Rupees fourteen thousand eight hundred and fifty only)
b.      Classes 1 to 2 - Rs.  16,050 (Rupees sixteen thousand and fifty only)
c.      Classes 3 to 5 – Rs.  16,250/- (Rupees sixteen thousand two hundred and fifty only)
d.      Classes 6 to 10 – Rs.  18,750/- (Rupees eighteen thousand seven hundred and fifty only)
e.      Classes 11 & 12 (Com) – Rs.  21,650/- (Rupees twenty one thousand six hundred and fifty only)
f.       Classes 11 & 12 (SC) – Rs.  22,650/- (Rupees twenty two thousand six hundred and fifty only)

on SBI or CBI or AXIS BANK in favour of ST. AUGUSTINE’S SCHOOL, payable at KALIMPONG on or before August 16th  2009.

3. Third Installment : Demand Draft for
Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) on SBI or CBI or AXIS BANK in favour of
ST. AUGUSTINE’S SCHOOL HOSTEL, payable at KALIMPONG on or before October 17th 2009

Personal Expenses

For new admission: Rs. 10,000/-

Old Scholar: Rs. 5,000/-

To be deposited at the beginning of the year in cash to the hostel in charge. If the expenses exceed the said amount, the guardians are requested to pay the balance in cash on time. The balance sheet will be given to the parents at the end of the year.

Since cash handling by the children is very risky, the parents are requested not to give cash in the hands of their wards. Every need of the child will be taken care of from his personal expenses.

Defaulters will be charged with a fine of Rs. 10 per day from the stipulated time
