1. First Installment : Demand Draft for Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) on SBI or CBI in favour of ST. AUGUSTINE’S SCHOOL HOSTEL, payable at KALIMPONG on or before February 14th.

2. Second  Installment : Demand Draft for

Classes LKG to 2 – Rs.  12,550/- (Rupees twelve thousand five hundred and fifty only)
Classes 3 to 5 – Rs.  12,750/- (Rupees twelve thousand seven hundred and fifty only)
Classes 6 to 10 – Rs.  12,850/- (Rupees twelve thousand eight hundred and fifty only)
Classes 11 & 12 – Rs.  15,150/- (Rupees fifteen thousand one hundred and fifty only)

on State Bank of India or Central Bank of India in favour of ST. AUGUSTINE’S SCHOOL, payable at KALIMPONG on or before May 31st 2007

3. Third Installment : Demand Draft for Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) on SBI or CBI in favour of   ST. AUGUSTINE’S SCHOOL HOSTEL, payable at KALIMPONG on or before October 16th 2007.

Personal Expenses

For new admission: Rs. 10,000/-

Old Scholar: Rs. 5,000/-

To be deposited at the beginning of the year in cash to the hostel in charge. If the expenses exceed the said amount, the guardians are requested to pay the balance in cash on time. The balance sheet will be given to the parents at the end of the year.

Since cash handling by the children is very risky, the parents are requested not to give cash in the hands of their wards. Every need of the child will be taken care of from his personal expenses.

Defaulters will be charged with a fine of Rs. 10 per day from the stipulated time

* NOTE : AS the Personal expenses of Secondary Section Boarder Boys have exceeded, the Guardians / Parents are requested to pay the dues when they come to take their child during Puja Vacations.
