ADMISSION For the Academic Session  -  2009

LKG – 2009

1.      The Prospectus/Admission Forms will be available from July 1^st , 2008 from the School Office against a payment of Rs. 300. (Rupees three hundred only)

2.      Duly filled in Admission Form to be submitted to the Principal Between October 15^th and November 21^st ,  2008.

3.      Please come along with the candidate while submitting the Admission Form to the Principal and get the Letter of Admission.

4.      The Candidate must have attended the Nursery School during the Academic Year 2008 and should have the basic knowledge of English Alphabets, Numbers and Colours.

5.      Admission Test will not be conducted to admit the candidate.

6.      The Birth Certificate  must  be produced along with the Admission Form. The child must have completed three years and not older than five years in the month of March 2009.

UKG - 2009

1.      Admission Forms/Prospectus available in the School Office against a payment of Rs. 300. (Rupees three hundred only) from July 1^st , 2008.

2.      The Candidate must have attended the LKG Classes of the Academic Year 2008.

3.       Duly filled in Admission Form to be submitted to the Principal on or before November 14,  2008

4.      Interview of the Parents of the Candidates and the Candidates for UKG will be conducted on Saturday, November 22, 2008 from 9:00 a.m.

5.      The Results will be declared on November 29, 2008.

6.      The Birth Certificate  must  be produced along with the Admission Form. The child must have completed  four years and not older than six years in the month of March 2009.

CLASSES ONE to SEVEN  -  2009

1.      Admission Forms/Prospectus available in the School Office against a payment of Rs. 300. (Rupees three hundred only) from July 1^st , 2008.

2.      Mark Sheet of First Terminal Exams of the Academic Year 2008 must be produced.

3.      Duly filled in Admission Form to be submitted to the Principal by September 30^th,  2008

4.      Written Admission Test on English (1 Hour) and Mathematics (1 Hour) shall be administered On Tuesday, October 14^th, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.

5.      The Results will be declared on December 15^th, 2008.

6.      The Birth Certificate must be produced along with the Admission Form.

Admission to classes SIX and SEVEN; is exclusively reserved for the candidates, applying for the School Boarding.

Admission to St: Augustine’s School, Kalimpong is a matter of discussion between the Principal and the Parents of the candidate only. No third person has been granted the advantage to the same. No private hostel has got any Quota on Admissions. Parents are requested to meet the Principal personally, concerning the Admission of their son

The forms (PROSPECTUS) for the New Admission for the Academic Year 2009 will be issued in the months of July, August and September 2008.
