FEE STRUCTURE
LKG – 2011
1.
The Prospectus/Admission Form
will be available from the School Office
against a payment of Rs. 400. (Rupees
four hundred only) from July 15, 2010
2.
Duly filled in Admission Form to
be submitted to the Principal between
October 26th and November 24th,
2010.
3.
Please come along with the
candidate for an informal interview;
while submitting the Admission Form to
the Principal and get the Letter of
Admission.
4.
The Candidate must have attended
the Nursery School during the Academic
Year 2010 and should have the basic
knowledge of English Alphabets, Numbers
up to 10 and Prime Colours.
5.
The Birth Certificate MUST
be produced along with the Admission
Form. The child must have completed
three years and not older than five
years in the month of March 2011.
6.
Only 25 forms will be given away
on the basis of early applicants for the
same.
UKG - 2011
1.
Admission Form/Prospectus
available in the School Office against a
payment of Rs. 400. (Rupees four hundred
only) from July 15, 2010
2.
The Candidate must have attended
the LKG Classes of the Academic Year
2010.
3.
Duly filled in Admission Form to
be submitted to the Principal on or
before November 12, 2010
4.
Interview with the Candidates for
UKG and their guardians will be held on
Saturday, November 20, 2010
from 9:00 a.m.
5.
The Results will be declared on
Tuesday, November 30, 2010.
6.
The Birth Certificate MUST
be produced along with the Admission
Form. The candidate must have completed
four years and not older than six years
in the month of March 2011.
CLASSES
I to V - 2011
1.
No available vacancy in classes 6
and above for the academic year 2011. As
there is a strong request from the
parents and teachers; to limit the
number in each classroom; only limited
seats are available for Classes between
One and Five
2.
Admission Form/Prospectus
available in the School Office against a
payment of Rs. 400. (Rupees four hundred
only) from July 15, 2010.
3.
Duly filled in Admission Form to
be submitted to the Principal by October
8, 2010. Mark Sheet of First Terminal
Exams of the Academic Year 2010 MUST
be produced along with the Birth
Certificate of the candidate.
4.
Written Admission Test on
English (1 Hour) and Mathematics
(1 Hour) shall be administered On
Saturday, October 23rd, 2010 at
10:00 a.m. to select the candidates
5.
The Results will be declared on
Saturday, October 30th
2010
Admission to St: Augustine’s
School, Kalimpong is a matter of
discussion between the Principal and the
Parents of the candidate only. No third
person has been granted the advantage to
the same. No private hostel has got any
Quota on Admissions. Parents are
requested to meet the Principal
personally, concerning the Admission of
their son
